A Message to you From Amy

I am by no means a licensed dietitian or nutritionist. What I am is a researcher on nutrition and proponent of a healthy lifestyle through mindful eating. I am here to offer support, encouragement, and multiple findings from my own personal research and experience. I am not going to argue about what foods are healthier and should be consumed every day. Iā€™m here to support you along this 21-day journey of raw, whole, organic foods and to encourage you to listen to your body and your heart to make the choices that are right for you.

I've put the necessary work into tuning into my body to know what works for me and what doesn't. I'm not a strict vegan, vegetarian, Keto-ist, paleo-ist, or whatever other label there is out there for a specific way of eating. I indulge in a glass (or two) of wine once in awhile, I allow myself to enjoy a small serving of fish and chips on rare occasions, and I savor the occasional slice of crusty, fresh baked bread slathered with the house-made salted butter at our favorite restaurant. But I do this knowing exactly what it is going to do to my body and paying attention to what I may have to deal with the next day. But when it comes to the Reboot, I am tenaciously uncompromising.

This is a fresh, raw, organic (if possible) whole food 21-day REBOOT! This is the time to put away all those diet tracking apps and stop counting all those calories. This is the time to give your body some much needed TLC! This is the time to flood your system with the most nutrient-dense, vibrantly colored, most powerful food on the planet. This is not a diet, this is an energetic transformation of energy to feel and operate at your best!

This is not the time to eat or drink products containing processed sugar in any form, canned, jarred or bottled products off the supermarket shelves, alcohol, caffeine, breads, or any dairy products (because raw, organic milk, butter & eggs are not easy to find).

For the next 21 days....just 3 short weeksā€¦ this is an opportunity to do something that just might change your life (and your physique). This is a chance to take back the control of your physical, mental, and spiritual health. If anything, this is an opportunity to learn a thing or two on nutrition, meet some like-minded people, and eat some delicious food!

By being here, you are sending out a desired frequency to feel better and live a more healthy, vibrant life (and shed a few pounds too). Because of this, I know that you can give up the things that you've relied upon to get you through the day, such as caffeine and sugar. I know that you can give up the things you think you need to eat at every meal such as breads, animal proteins, dairy products, and over-cooked, stripped-of-all-their-goodness vegetables. By being here, I know you are ready to take the next step at positively changing your life, one meal at a time. 

I am so grateful, honored, and excited for you to be here and for choosing to join us during this presentation of the Raw Food Reboot.
